Just keeping track...

We've lived in Greensboro about 2 months (give or take). In this time, the following has happened in the area:
- multiple, minor earthquakes (we felt none of them)
- a local high school burned to the ground
- 5 in-home visits and countless hours on the telephone with every d-mn person who works for Sofa Depress (seriously, I think we've spoken to everyone, including some factory floor assembly folks) - and still one of the footboard posts remains in our home in damaged condition and its repair/replacement appointment is yet TBD

Coincidence? Bad omen? Or a sure sign that things are about to turn around?
