An Ode to Jeffrey

We owe a debt of gratitude (and a large chunk of sanity) to Jeffrey. He's a lovely young man who works in Becci's office and came to our rescue yesterday when we had trouble with our Time Warner Cable Modem & Wireless Network. Not only did he do tech support over the phone, he also made an in-home call after work and FIXED EVERYTHING! We didn't even have to attempt a call to the evil Time Warner. He is simply the best. Thanks to him, I (Heather) am no longer considering going "off the grid."
