The time has come for the 2000 Red Ford Focus sedan and me to part ways. Over lunch on Wednesday, it will go off with its new owner who will turn 18 next month and plans to use the car to drive back and forth from her family's home in High Point to UNCG.

So, just before the car and I complete our 7th year together, I will pass it on to someone else.

We're going to try our hands at being a 1-car household for a bit...
