back in the saddle again

With the 2006 Holiday Season behind us, both Becci and I are back at work. Becci got an "extra" day of vacation due to one of the less-than-lovely souvenirs she brought back home to North Carolina - a nasty cold. But all is well (or on its way there now) and by all means T-G-I-F.
And, just as a sidenote - my newest source of endless entertainment? http://overheardinminneapolis.com/ Yo cat, get outta my grill.

I'm glad you two had a nice holiday in WI. I hope Becci's feeling better! That website is hilarious. I had the "pleasure" of overhealing all kinds of ridiculous conversations last night as my friend and I rode the lightrail and were completely bombarded by a gaggle of ten-year-old boys who yelled over eachother, contiuallly ran from one end of the car to another, and used the overhead handrails as gymnastic equiptment.

I love the overheard at Cornell blog. It is not safe for work but hilarious and somewhat frightening. I'm so glad I got to see ya'll when you were back in the Midwest and look forward to a visit (jd in the south reprise) soon. XO, jd
